confirmation or information you have requested.
Payment Terms
Enquiries should be lodged on our website's Enquiry Form. Reservations can only be confirmed upon our acknowledgement of availability and the receipt of a 50% deposit. If you prefer not to transmit your credit card information electronically then please lodge your credit card details over the phone.
The balance owing on any reservation will be charged to the nominated credit card approximately
60 days before the arrival date. Failure to make the final payment on time will result in the booking being cancelled.
Reservations made within
60 days of arrival date are to be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Booking conditions
We will endeavour to ensure that No.1 Omaru is available by 4.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure (we may be able to offer some flexibility on these times depending on level of bookings).
Damage, missing property or excess cleaning will be charged at cost.
Please - No
smoking anywhere in the House.
